Updates-ish?

Well no scanners are to be found in my school. Suckiness au extrème.
So I'm gonna have to buy one myself... alas I can't do that until I figure out public transit. And yeah.... I don't see that happening anytime soon. Not updating makes me feel so unproductive even though I'm still drawing D=>
Grr...

Oh, and I think I'm gonna redo the first chapter and a half of the doujinshi. Why you ask? Well crappy artwork aside, I can't seem to locate the files for those pages, and I need them if I want to compile it all into a book. My goal was to have it all put together before Christmas.... but lack of scanner kinda kills that hope. I think I'll change my goal to having the redos completely drawn out as well as the rest of chapter 7 by Christmas so that I can scan that all when I go home for the break.

And I also have 3 commissions on my plate. No worries though, they are getting done... sort of XD I have one complete but it needs fixing in PS but ya know, no scanner >3>

On a totally different note... I feel like doing a whole bunch of morbid, creepy photography... but I have no one to help me. My roommate's scared of me and I have no friends yet.
Blah.
I also need to get my license. Not to drive or anything. I just need ID to get into clubs XD lol There's this one club that looks to be putting on something awesome for Halloween. Totally cybergoth inspired *loves cybergoth-ness*

Okay, not I'm going to procrastinate, er I mean do homework.

Aww. D: No scanners = boo. And not just for those of us waiting for commissions. :XD: -Will miss doujinshi updates, too-
It sucks that you don't know anyone, yet. >_< I had that problem when I first went off to college last year, but eventually I found people with similar personalities to mine. :XD: Good luck! Are you at least enjoying your classes?

Well, that does suck that there is no scanner anywhere at your school. @__@ Public transportation can be a bit difficult to figure out the first few weeks, but I'm sure that you'll figure it out. =]

Good luck with redoing chapters and compiling your doujinshi! I'm sure that you'll be able to get your goal of having everything redone and ready to be scanned by Christmas. <3.

Morbid and creepy photography~! <3. o___O Your roommate is scared of you? Why is that? .-. Well, making friends can be hard, especially if [though I'm not sure if this is the case] most of your class looks like the same people that you went to high school with - err, if it looks like everyone is in cliques and stuff. I'm sure you'll make some friends soon. Though, if no one wants to give you the time of day, it's THEIR fault. You seem like a pretty interesting person to me! :hug:

.. I need to get my license so I can drive when I need, err, when I want to. XD I have a permit, it works. But I just don't like having to ask someone to get in the car with me all the time if I want to go somewhere.

*flails* I got my cheapy but awesome little Cannon "all in one" scannerprintcookersteamerdishwasher for like...$80 USD. owo Check Cannon for ze cheapies but winnies.

Is Cannon reliable? I was gonna get and Epson because I know they're good quality, but if I can get something just as good for less I'll go for that.

It's wonderful. I have the Cannon...*checks*...MP470 and I've had no issues with it at all. (The $200 scanner we got last time broke within a year -- We've had this one just about as long without a single issue) And the scanner screen fits almost a whole sketchbook page (my book is 9"x12"). And to further my point, Mirror has a huuuuuge big ol' expensive HP scanner that we cannot work for the life of us. It doesn't even scan well either. Go with the nice little cheapieee!

Ok I'll have to check for a Cannon then.

And of course the HP doesn't work. It's an HP - Crap at it's finest.

Definetly -- my said $200 scanner that died randomly after a year was an HP. >.>
